We have an exciting opportunity for a Capital Projects Engineer I, II or III at Nevada Gold Mines. The successful candidate will support mining and industrial infrastructure projects, collaborating with various teams to ensure project success.

• Assist with project design, costing, and management activities
• Coordinate with HSE, Permitting, Asset Management, and Operations teams to gather and analyze project requirements
• Support permit acquisition to prevent delays
• Research and compile information for project scopes, contracts, and procurement
• Help define project parameters and monitor progress
• Communicate effectively with project team members and stakeholders
• Review procurement tenders and awards
• Update standard operating procedures and asset management practices
• Develop metrics to monitor project performance and contribute to reporting
• Ensure compliance with project control procedures

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in engineering
• 1-8 years of project planning/management experience
• Knowledge of project phases and DROM/Operational Readiness principles preferred
• Safety commitment and environmentally friendly practices required
• Proficient in MS Office and scheduling software
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work rotating shifts and underground
• Familiarity with ESG initiatives and asset management preferred
