Pay Range: $13 - $15 per hour

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Clean lobby, administrative offices, bathrooms, and casinos as assigned.
• Clean and maintain outside appearance and cleanliness of the casino.
• Follow all company and department policies and procedures and Maverick Cleaning and Sanitation guidelines.
• Sanitize, clean, polish, wax, dust, and maintain all touchpoints including woodwork, windows, slot machines, elevators, wall fixtures, televisions, floors, and walls in all areas of the casino continually, except the kitchen, throughout shift.
• Maintain a commitment to guest satisfaction and exemplary guest service.
• Remove trash on a continuous basis throughout casino.
• Operate and maintain various cleaning equipment.
• Handle cleaning chemicals in accordance with OSHA regulations and company requirements.
• Stock housekeeping supplies as needed for employee and public restrooms.
• Follow security policies and procedures and report all violations. Perform duties in compliance with all security protocols.
• Ensure security of casino and guests.
• Report suspicious activity to M.O.D or Security.
• Perform related and/or other duties as required.

Requirements:

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

SPECIFIC SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES

REQUIRED:

• Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
• Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow through, courtesy, cooperativeness and work with minimum supervision.
• Ability to focus attention to detail.
• Availability to work all shifts including weekend and holidays.
• Wear and maintain uniforms properly.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to work in a fast-paced casino environment. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, reach above your head, frequently go up and down stairs and be on your feet for majority of the shift.
