Northeastern Nevada Regional Hospital is a 75-bed acute care hospital that offers exceptional care to Elko county and the surrounding areas of northeastern Nevada. We are recognized by the American College of Cardiology as an accredited Chest Pain Center and we believe that health care should be effective, safer, and more available to all people. Responsibilities- Assists with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.
- Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management.
- Performs and oversees scheduling, staff development, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements.
- Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations.
- Determines and justifies needs for systems/equipment/supplies purchases, monitors usage, and oversees proper working order and/or stock supplies.
- Assesses the quality of patient care delivered and coordinates patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other departments. May provide patient care when necessary.
- Creates and fosters an environment that encourages professional growth.
- Integrates evidence-based practices into operations and clinical protocols.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Applicants should have a master's degree in a related field or be qualified by education and experience in the social services needs of patients with psychiatric and substance use issues. Additional requirements include:
- Licenses
: current NV unencumbered LCSW, LPC or equivalent - Certifications
: BLS
