A rural hospital is seeking a CRNA for locums coverage.

The facility is located in Elko, NV.

This practice has 75 licensed beds, 3 main operating rooms, and 1 OB OR, staffed entirely by 4 full-time CRNAs. They handle about 2,871 cases annually across specialties like ENT, GI, general surgery, OB/GYN, ortho, and more, but no cardiac cases. OB services average around 507 deliveries per year with about 61 C‑sections and 386 epidurals. Charting is done on paper, credentialing takes about 3 months, and CRNAs take pager call 1:3 for nights and weekends, with one always off.
