As a Competency Center Manager at Epiroc USA, you’ll be at the forefront of our service operations – driving sustainable profitable growth, optimizing performance, and ensuring safe, efficient delivery across our parts, service, remanufacturing, and consumables business. Your leadership will be instrumental in developing talent, improving processes, and reinforcing our reputation for operational excellence and exceptional customer support.
The work environment includes being regularly exposed to work near moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles. The employee is regularly required to lift up to 25 pounds, frequently required to lift up to 50 pounds and is occasionally required to lift up to and in excess of 100 pounds. Personal Protection Equipment may be required in this role. The position is considered Safety Sensitive.

Responsibilities- Lead, coach, develop, and support a high‑performing team by executing all phases of the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, and succession planning, while fostering a results‑driven culture.
- Implement and refine best‑in‑class operational standards and remanufacturing procedures for Epiroc USA, ensuring safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement using lean methodologies.
- Develop and implement appropriate business strategies and priorities for each targeted market segment utilizing territory management skills with close collaboration with sales teams to ensure full and efficient utilization of the operation.
- Build and maintain strategic customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction, loyalty, and alignment with Epiroc’s long‑term service goals.
- Leverage data insights to optimize operations, inventory, and service delivery in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment, while aligning with sales teams to meet evolving customer expectations and regional demand.
