Purpose of RoleThe Welder will be responsible for heavy fabrication and repair work, specifically on large mining buckets and related industrial equipment. They should have a strong background in welding thick materials, structural components, and wear parts, with a focus on safety, precision, and durability.

- MIG Welding:
Perform MIG welding on large scale mining buckets and heavy equipment components. Conduct structural repairs, rebuilds, and modifications using appropriate welding techniques. - Blueprint Reading:
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols. - Mechanical Aptitude:
Operate heavy‑duty fabrication tools including grinders, torches, and plasma cutters. - Quality Inspection:
Inspect welds for quality and compliance with specifications as determined by blueprints. - Safety First:
Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero‑harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world‑class safety culture.
- Ability to use and run an air arc.
- Must pass a welding test to be considered for hire.
