Job Summary
Premise’s mission is to help people get, stay, and be well. As a Full‑Time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in Elko, NV, you will provide comprehensive primary care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center, supporting a Walk‑In/Acute Care service line.
Work ScheduleRotating 4x10 shifts: 8:00 am – 7:00 pm (Monday–Thursday and Tuesday–Friday) with 1–2 weekends per month (Saturday & Sunday, 8:00 am – 2:00 pm).
Pay & BenefitsBase pay: $ – $ per year. $10,000 sign‑on bonus.

- Conduct physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines
- Perform procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management
- Develop patient care plans, record progress, and ensure continuity of care
- Educate patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, and development
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditions
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care
- Prescribe or recommend treatments, including medications and therapies
- Refer patients to specialists or physicians as needed
- Maintain accurate patient health records and documentation
- Educate and coach nursing staff on best practices
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Maintain state RN license(s) and Nurse Practitioner license(s) to practice
- Maintain state prescriptive authority (if applicable)
- Federal DEA license matching each state of practice
- State narcotic/controlled substance license, if required (list of applicable states)
- Current national certification (ANCC or AANP required)
- Master’s Degree in Nursing Science, or equivalently certified if not clearly stated; transcripts may be required
- Current hands‑on training in AHA, ARC, or equivalent Basic Life Support;
Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required - At least three years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice, or emergency department setting
