Our newly reopened Behavioral Health Unit is dedicated to meeting a vital need in our community. • Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well‑being of the patient.
• Proficient in assessing patient conditions and making timely determinations of patient needs.
• Clear, compassionate communication with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record.
• Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
• Assists patients with performing activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.

• Current Nevada State RN license.
• Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Basic Life Support certification required within 14 days of hire.
• A minimum of one year RN experience.
