Sales Associate role at Kid to Kid. We are looking for friendly, outgoing, kid-loving people who are willing to work hard, multi-task, and keep the store clean, organized and shoppable.

Kid to Kid is a franchise with multiple locations. Team members cross-train and work in other areas as needed, providing advancement opportunities. We offer flexible schedules, employee discounts, and a fun retail environment.

• Being friendly, courteous and energetic every day
• Cashiering and building relationships with customers
• Merchandising and maintaining the selling floor with a high volume of items
• Restocking to ensure customers always have new items to find
• Tagging and sorting clothes, toys, and baby equipment
• Learning Kid-to-Kid’s systems and procedures (training provided)
• Handling returns courteously and professionally
• Sharing current promotions and events with customers in-store and online
• Maintaining good housekeeping and tidiness

We buy and sell the best items kids outgrow; customers are paid cash on the spot. This fast-paced environment keeps each day interesting and provides opportunities to learn every aspect of running a retail business.
