• Contact a minimum of 100% of inactive customers within an assigned territory each fiscal month to achieve Sales and Gross Profit goals
• Utilize technology and tools for team meetings and communications while working remotely
• Collaborate with support departments to assist customers with order status, pricing discrepancies, and inquiries
• Maintain and update customer records, ensuring accurate information is kept
• Attend vendor product training sessions to learn about new products and technologies

• Minimum of two years of sales experience or equivalent, with cold calling/inside sales experience preferred
• Strong selling, customer service, and negotiation skills
• Good telephone etiquette and ability to manage high call volumes
• Proficiency in applicable computer systems and software, specifically Microsoft 365
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision in a remote environment

• Bachelor’s Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline
