- Schedule clients as requested
- Help ensure all client needs are met during service, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
- Sales/marketing experience
- Experience answering phones and greeting clients in a friendly, professional manner
- Ability to match clients with appropriate services
- Strong scheduling and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer use
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office

Pay RangeThe pay range for this position is $11.00 - $27.00 per hour. Local minimum wage laws apply. Qualifications and geographic location influence pay decisions and eligibility for incentive plans. Eligible associates may enroll in the 401(k) plan and other benefits.
