What You’ll Do
  • Perform the responsibilities of a level 1 – level 3 auto tech.
  • Carry out a wide range of repairs: brakes, drivability, steering, suspension, electrical, safety inspections, AC, major engine.
  • Conduct advanced diagnostics and complete repairs.
  • Replace clutch and transmission.
  • Collaborate with individual techs to assess vehicle needs.
  • Provide guidance, direction, or train associates in supporting roles.
  • Perform quality control checks on all work and notify supervisor of exceptional or unsatisfactory work.
  • Ensure maintenance SOPs are carried out.
  • Identify developmental opportunities for staff.
  • Monitor workflow and recommend productivity improvements.
  • Approve ordering and disposition of parts, supplies, materials.
  • Notify management of difficult issues, patterns, or trends.
  • Model safety behaviors and enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
Who You Are Required
  • Safe driver with valid driver's license.
  • 7+ years of automotive service and repair experience.
  • Ability to drive standard, automatic, and electric vehicles.
Preferred
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • ASE

    Certifications:

    A1‑9; L1 in emission states when required.
Compensation

Hourly base pay: $31.54 - $47.31 per hour. Base rate may vary by location and candidate qualifications. Additional compensation may include commissions and incentive programs.
