• Gain familiarity with auto maintenance concepts and practices.
• Perform automated maintenance duties such as oil and filter changes, fuel filter changes, transmission flush, spark plug replacement and vehicle inspections.
• Test and maintain battery and starting/charging electrical systems.
• Repair various components including tires, safety inspections and interior/exterior components.
• Diagnose and repair brake, steering and suspension systems.
• Evacuate and recharge AC systems.
• Perform equipment maintenance.
• Utilize approved vendors to obtain parts.
• Up‑fit new vehicles with necessary equipment.
• Comply with procedures and regulations regarding recyclables, fluids, tires and disposable trash.

You’re a quick learner—especially when it comes to cars and how they work—and a team player who always arrives at the shop ready to provide excellent work.

• 1 or more years of related work experience.
• The ability to drive standard, automatic and electric vehicles.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current ASE certifications: G1, A4, A5 (when required by leadership).

Hourly base pay rate is $22.07 – $33.13 per hour. The amount may vary within this range based on location and the candidate’s knowledge, skills and abilities. The position may also be eligible for commission and/or incentive programs.

Employees are eligible for a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month, seven paid holidays each year, and additional leave for bereavement, voting, jury duty, volunteer work, military service and parental leave.
