Room & Board's Inventory Associates are the backbone of our Delivery Centers. Through dedication to accuracy and partnership across multiple teams, our Inventory Associates contribute directly to cost control and inventory accuracy, both of which add value to the customer experience.

As an Inventory Associate, you manage returned products in our 39,000 sq. ft. delivery center, ensuring proper handling, storage, and transfer through our distribution and retail channels. You also oversee inventory of materials and supplies essential to the center’s operations. You provide valuable insights on product returns including customer trends, support inventory accuracy, and enhance the customer experience by resolving issues and offering feedback on product quality.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm, with occasional paid overtime

• 3+ years of related experience preferred, but not required. You possess experiences working in inventory or logistically-oriented roles while also enjoying a physically active role.
• You have experience with computerized inventory systems and databases (SAP preferred, but not required).
• You understand the importance of safe working habits and that this is a physically-demanding role requiring you to repeatedly lift 75-100 pounds independently throughout the day.
• You’re open to being cross-trained in other roles and understand that you will be asked to work in other roles throughout the delivery center.
• You’ll need to pass pre-employment requirements.
• Ability to provide proof of identity and legal work authorization upon hire.

• Salary: $57,000 / yr - $62,000 / yr ($27.40 - $29.81 / hour) Pay rate based on experience/qualifications.
