Job Description Summary

• Lead the entire E/D department including multiple crews for building and dismantling all types of access solutions.
• complete paperwork for multiple job sites, assist with bidding, scheduling crews, and maintain knowledge of scaffolding and OSHA regulations.
• hold competent person training and maintain safety compliance.

Position Responsibilities

• Work with the Project Manager on large projects.
• Recruit, coach, train, and mentor labor crews.
• Supervise day-to-day operations of multiple job sites.
• Schedule labor crews and coordinate pick-ups and deliveries.
• Document sign-offs, authorizations, JSA’s, safety plans, and tickets.
• Ensure safe use of products and compliance with safety regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Profit Center Manager.
• Oversee training program execution and oversight.

• Scaffold Safety Orientation
• Supported Scaffold Builder I
• Supported Scaffold Builder II
• Suspended Scaffold Builder
• First Aid/CPR
• Forklift Certification
• Crane Rigging and Signaling
• Reasonable Suspicion
• Estimating

Qualifications

• College degree or trade school preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of scaffold experience or equivalent construction experience with a degree, or 8 years of work experience in a related industry.

Base Pay Range: $80,344.00 - $

Total compensation package includes base pay plus a robust bonus plan.
