Controller - Construction

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Prior experience in a Controller, Assistant Controller, or senior accounting role
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience managing the full accounting cycle
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• CPA or CMA (preferred but not required)
• Experience in operational, construction, manufacturing, or service‑based environments
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cash management
• ERP system experience
