Are you an experienced restoration professional with a passion for customer satisfaction? Are you looking for a career path with promotional opportunities? We're seeking qualified Crew Chiefs to lead projects and production crews. This role emphasizes customer service, revenue growth, and staff development. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer experience, satisfaction, and reviews
- Respond promptly to potential customers with professionalism
- Coordinate crews and resources, oversee project scopes and estimates
- Maintain communication with clients, vendors, and insurance reps
- Oversee production expenses and safety practices
- Participate in recruitment, hiring, and training
Requirements:
- Ability to work a 24/7/365 schedule
- Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred
- High school diploma/GED
- IICRC certifications preferred;
Xactimate experience is a plus - Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50-100 pounds regularly
- Comfort in various environments (crawl spaces, attics)
- Travel flexibility, including local and out-of-state trips
- Background check clearance
