• Manage overall customer experience and track reviews.
• Promptly respond to potential customers.
• Coordinate crews and resources for active projects, overseeing scopes and estimates.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, teammates, vendors, and insurance reps.
• Oversee production expenses, including equipment, vehicles, and materials.
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and risk management.
• Participate in recruitment, hiring, and training of production teammates.

• Ability to work 24/7/365 job.
• Previous experience in cleaning/restoration preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• IICRC certifications preferred;
  Xactimate experience a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50‑100 pounds regularly.
• Comfort working in various environments (crawl spaces, attics).
• Travel flexibility, including local and out‑of‑state trips when necessary.
• Successful completion of a background check.
