Distribution Lead

• Supervises a small warehouse team (6-8 people) to meet daily workflow throughput/output goals.
• Will use available technologies to develop, disseminate, and monitor productivity goals.
• Will take ownership for the health and safety of the work team(s) assigned, and coach individual/team performance.
• Warehouse Shipping & Receiving which includes:
  Receiving/inspecting goods and verifying items against the shipment record.
• Gathering, verifying, and packing items for shipment according to specifications and the applicable transportation method; recording received and shipped items.
• Performs a combination of manual and clerical shipping and/or receiving duties which may require the use of hand trucks, forklifts, and other devices, as well as computers to maintain data.
• Receives incoming materials or prepares materials for shipment. Verifies quantity, weight, and conformance of materials; prepares records of materials shipped and bills of lading; routes materials to destinations.
• May lay out, fabricate, and assemble nonstandard shipping crates and boxes, and prepare parts and tooling for special shipment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• 3 Years of Relevant Experience

• Work hours: 2nd shift;
  Monday - Friday (Saturdays as needed); 11:30am - 8:00pm (Overtime as needed)
