We are currently hiring for Shift Leaders who are motivated people with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish a team that works well together, increase profits, and provide outstanding service. We are looking for someone who takes the lead to tackle problems, seeks help from others when appropriate, and is willing to provide help and mentorship to their team.

Prior restaurant experience is preferred. The role is entry level and requires strong interpersonal skills, leadership, and a willingness to mentor teammates.

Wendy's® Shift Leaders: $16 - $18.50 per hour based on experience and restaurant location.
