Hoist Technician

Scaffold Swing Tech Experience Preferred. Hoist motor repair experience preferred.

• Service equipment to keep in proper and safe working condition.
• Perform safety inspections on equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid unnecessary repairs and downtime.
• Maintain a clean and safe shop and/or work environment.
• Meet all company, governmental and equipment related safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• High School Diploma.
• Some trade school education is desirable.
• Previous hoist motor repair experience preferred.
• Experience in repair, maintenance of mechanical and/or electrical equipment preferred.
• Aptitude required.
• 1 year Scaffold Hoist experience.
• Knowledge of proper use of tools and equipment.
• Communication skills.
• Work planning skills.
• Troubleshooting skills.
• Personal and professional integrity.
• Clear understanding of equipment safety.
• Flexible regarding work assignments.
• Safety consciousness.
• Knowledge of equipment design and safety requirements.

Physical demands: Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors. Reasonable accommodations may be made.

Base Pay Range: $20.48 - 29.44 (starting rate varies by position, location, education, training, experience). Learn more about our benefits and join our Talent Network.

You will become eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 30 days from your start date. Paid time off: 12-25 vacation days (depending on years of service), 5 sick days, 6 holidays, 2 half day holidays, 2 floating holidays, 1 inclusion day, 1 volunteer day.
