L.S. Lee, Inc. is a fourth generation family‑owned contractor that specializes in highway guardrail installation and maintenance. We operate mostly in Maryland, with projects in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Washington, DC.

Truck Drivers are responsible for loading and unloading trucks, operating company vehicles safely, and assisting with guardrail installation labor on sites. The work takes place on the side of the road, under traffic. Qualified candidates will travel and stay out of town during the work week as required, with company‑provided lodging and a meal stipend.

• Commercial Driver’s License – Class A or B
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift or move up to 100 pounds
• Must pass a drug test and a physical exam as a condition of employment

$45,000 - $65,000 per year, based on license classification and experience. Overtime and fringe‑rated jobs are available.
