Mfinite Consulting is hiring dependable and qualified individuals for on-call, short-term assignments with one of our major Maryland government clients located in Cecil County. These positions range from administrative and clerical support to technical, professional, and field-based work

We offer a variety of assignments that can help you build valuable skills and connections. Temporary employees who complete at least 500 cumulative hours may also be considered for direct hire by our client.

We are currently hiring for roles in several key areas, including:

Administrative and Clerical: Positions such as Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, Receptionist, Data Entry Clerk, and Executive Assistant.

Finance and Accounting: Opportunities for Bookkeepers, Account Clerks, Auditing Clerks, and related roles.

Customer and Community Services: Positions supporting community engagement such as Program Aide, Information Clerk, and Community Liaison.

Technical and IT Support: Roles like Systems Operator, Equipment Technician, IT Support Specialist, and Technical Services Supervisor.

Professional and Management: Positions including Project Coordinator, HR Specialist, Operations Manager, and Program Analyst.

General Labor and Maintenance: Field-based work including Maintenance Worker, Facilities Support, and Laborer positions.

Planning and Project Management: Opportunities such as Project Assistant, Planning Aide, and Project Coordinator.

Because these assignments support public operations, candidates must meet certain compliance standards.

All applicants must pass a criminal background check covering the previous seven years and a ten-panel drug screening before being assigned to a position. Candidates with felony convictions or failed drug tests will not be eligible for placement.

Applicants must also be available for short-notice assignments throughout Maryland and be responsible for returning all client-issued property, such as equipment or badges, at the end of their assignment.

Field staff work under the direct supervision of an Mfinite Crew Leader and are required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by Mfinite, including a high-visibility vest, gloves, and steel-toe boots. Temporary employees are not permitted to drive client vehicles
; transportation within large work sites will be coordinated by the Crew Leader.
