Body Shop Customer Support Specialist – Elkton Collision

Responsibilities
  • Handle account reconciliation, including accounts payable, receivables, deposits, petty cash, and receipts
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients both in–person and over the phone
  • Perform general office duties such as data entry, insurance processing, compiling reports, and filing
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
  • Professional appearance and outstanding customer service skills are a must
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Enthusiastic attitude with a strong desire to provide top‑notch customer service
  • Proficiency with Quick Books or similar accounting software is preferred
  • Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and highly organized
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver’s license
