Responsible for assisting all customers with order entries and inquiries related to the company. Ensure customer satisfaction as their distributor and accommodate them as best as possible. Solve customer problems and handle a variety of variables where standardization exists. Communicate with customers, vendors, and co-workers professionally, ensuring answers are accurate and timely. Function as a team member within the department and organization, and perform duties to best serve the company.

• Input customer orders.
• Input customer credits.
• Input order and invoicing information accurately and timely.
• Assist customers with orders and problems; contact vendors and request samples for customers.
• Provide informative and professional assistance when interacting with the public, customers, vendors, and co-workers.
• Perform administrative duties such as checking faxes and mail daily; write sample requests and special orders when necessary.
• Attend training and Customer Service meetings.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 6 - 12 months of customer service, call center, or related experience.

Starting at $19/hour depending on experience.
