Technical Services Representative

Aquafin, Inc. is seeking an experienced Technical Services Representative to support customers and internal teams with technical expertise related to our waterproofing, concrete repair, and protective coating systems. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the correct specification, application, and performance of our products across a wide range of commercial and infrastructure projects.

This position can be based at our headquarters in Elkton, MD or operate remotely for candidates with strong industry experience.

• Provide technical support to customers, distributors, engineers, and contractors
• Review project specifications and submittals to ensure proper product selection
• Assist with system design recommendations and troubleshooting issues in the field
• Respond to product inquiries, application questions, and jobsite challenges
• Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for installers and design professionals
• Collaborate with the sales team on project strategies and customer support
• Document field issues, performance feedback, and application results

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a technical role within the construction materials industry (waterproofing, concrete repair, or related field)
• Strong understanding of commercial construction practices and jobsite environments
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and product data sheets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable interacting with contractors, engineers, and architects
• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, or related field)
• Field experience with coatings, sealants, membranes, or repair mortars
