Registered Behavior Technician; RBT Elkton MD

Base pay range: $25.00/day – $30.00/day

Skillful Steps ABA provides in‑home ABA therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We are looking for dedicated Behavior Therapists (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join a team committed to improving quality of life for individuals diagnosed with ASD.

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one‑on‑one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress using electronic data collection software.
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Maintain ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor client progress.
• Develop and create teaching materials and visuals.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

• Minimum age 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check clearance required upon hiring.
• Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral challenges; ASD experience preferred.
