The Patient Care Coordinator – I (PCC‑I) supports clinic growth through excellence in practice management and patient intake processes. This individual works in collaboration with the Clinic Director to carry out efficient clinic procedures.
Responsibilities- Collect all money due at the time of service; verify insurance coverage; schedule patient visits; convert referrals into evaluations.
- Create an inviting clinic atmosphere, greet patients, make welcome calls, and monitor the arrival rate through a great customer experience.
- Manage schedule efficiently, document routing, non‑clinical documentation, deposits, caseload, D/C candidates, progress notes, and insurance reporting.
- Monitor clinic inventory and manage personal overtime.
- Attend required training with Territory Field Trainers for Raintree and other business process updates; complete quarterly compliance training.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills – able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
- Ability to multitask, organize details, meet deadlines, and work with little to no supervision.
- Efficient time‑management and presentation skills.

- Must be able to comprehend information provided and use judgment to respond appropriately.
