Base pay range: $25.00/hr - $33.00/hr

As a Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) with The Learning Tree ABA, you will play a key role in implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions that promote meaningful, lasting improvements in behavior. Registered Behavior Technician Duties and Responsibilities- Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions (group sessions may also be assigned)
- Work with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collect accurate data as per company policies
- Submit session notes related to treatment plan implementation
- Support family and caregivers in following behavioral support strategies
- Maintain a high level of professionalism including appropriate clothing, timeliness, and communication.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be at least 18 years or older to apply
- Have the ability to travel to and between client locations
- If not RBT certified, must complete RBT certification within the first 3 months of employment
