Base pay range: $25.00/hr - $33.00/hr

We are actively hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) at The Learning Tree ABA! Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of individuals with autism and related disorders? As a Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) with The Learning Tree ABA, you will play a key role in implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions that promote meaningful, lasting improvements in behavior. Registered Behavior Technician Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions (group sessions may also be assigned)
  • Work with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Collect accurate data as per company policies
  • Submit session notes related to treatment plan implementation
  • Support family and caregivers in following behavioral support strategies
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism including appropriate clothing, timeliness, and communication.
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications and Skills
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Be at least 18 years or older to apply
  • Have the ability to travel to and between client locations
  • If not RBT certified, must complete RBT certification within the first 3 months of employment
