• Develop and implement HR strategies to support the organization's mission and goals
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce
• Manage employee relations, mediate conflicts, and provide guidance on company policies and procedures
• Develop and administer employee benefits programs, including compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
• Analyze and report on HR metrics to inform business decisions
• Collaborate with department heads to address performance management, employee engagement, and retention issues
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

• Minimum 1 years of experience in HR leadership or management
