Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Advanced SAP Success Factors Technical Consultant with at least 8 years of experience. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of SAP Success Factors, including its technical architecture, modules, security features, and integration capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess a deep knowledge of HRIS systems and demonstrate a proven track record in managing and optimizing SAP Success Factors implementations across various business environments.
As a Senior Advanced SAP Success Factors Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, optimization, and support of SAP Success Factors solutions for our clients. You will serve as a key technical expert, providing advanced consulting services to ensure that the SAP Success Factors platform is optimized to meet business needs, enhance user experience, and comply with relevant regulations.
Your role will involve extensive collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders, guiding them through complex technical challenges and delivering innovative, scalable solutions.
1. SAP Success Factors Expertise and Technology Proficiency
- Deep Technical Knowledge: Utilize an extensive understanding of SAP Success Factors’ modules, including Employee Central, Performance and Goals, Compensation, Learning, Recruitment, Onboarding, and Succession Planning, to drive system enhancements and optimizations. Apply technical expertise to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize SAP Success Factors modules, ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
- System Behavior Analysis: Analyze system behavior and functionality to identify opportunities for optimization and performance improvements. Leverage advanced knowledge of SAP Success Factors to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, ensuring optimal system performance and user satisfaction.
- Client Engagement and Requirement Gathering: Lead comprehensive client assessments to gather and document business requirements. Conduct gap analyses and develop actionable project plans to address specific business needs. Engage with clients to understand their strategic goals and design solutions that align with their organizational objectives.
- Solution Design and Development: Design and implement robust, scalable SAP Success Factors solutions that meet business requirements, optimize performance, and enhance user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop technical specifications, configure system modules, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Project Management: Oversee all aspects of SAP Success Factors implementation projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Manage project work streams, deliverables, timelines, and budgets, ensuring successful project completion and client satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and technical SME throughout the implementation process.
- Continuous System Optimization: Monitor and assess SAP Success Factors system performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. Implement best practices in infrastructure, workflows, and automation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Lead initiatives to streamline processes, reduce manual interventions, and improve overall system functionality.
- Innovation and Enhancement: Drive innovation by leveraging SAP Success Factors’ capabilities to develop new functionalities and enhancements that support business objectives. Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in HRIS, recommending and implementing solutions that align with organizational goals and priorities.
- Hands-On Configuration: Act as the primary hands-on operator within the technical team, configuring and optimizing SAP Success Factors modules to meet business needs. Quickly analyze and resolve system errors, exceptions, and performance issues, minimizing downtime and enhancing user experience.
- Integration Expertise: Lead integration efforts between SAP Success Factors and other enterprise systems, including ERP, CRM, and financial systems. Assess technical requirements, perform hands-on configuration, and conduct detailed field analysis to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability. Collaborate with internal and external teams to provide advanced integration support and drive successful outcomes.
