Tech Force Pros  is seeking an experienced Senior Advanced Oracle Net Suite Technical Consultant with at least 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who excels in designing, implementing, and optimizing Oracle Net Suite ERP solutions for diverse business environments. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Net Suite’s ERP modules, advanced scripting, integration, and customization capabilities, as well as a strong understanding of accounting, financial management, and supply chain processes.

As a Senior Advanced Oracle Net Suite Technical Consultant, you will lead complex projects, working closely with our clients to understand their business needs, design tailored solutions, and implement Net Suite functionalities that drive efficiency and growth. This position requires a robust technical background combined with exceptional problem-solving skills, project management expertise, and the ability to engage effectively with clients to deliver high-quality ERP solutions.

• Advanced Knowledge of Net Suite ERP: Utilize your extensive understanding of Oracle Net Suite’s architecture, data model, and customization capabilities to design and implement scalable, efficient solutions. Expertise in key modules such as Financial Management, Inventory Management, Order Management, and CRM is essential.
• Customization and Suite Script Development: Lead the development of custom scripts and workflows using Suite Script to extend Net Suite’s functionality. Design and implement customizations that meet client-specific requirements and enhance system performance and usability.
• Security and Compliance: Manage Net Suite security settings, including roles, permissions, and user access controls, to ensure data protection and compliance with client policies and regulatory standards.

• Business Needs Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client business processes, identify pain points, and define objectives. Perform gap analysis and requirements gathering to inform solution design and configuration.
• Technical Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end Oracle Net Suite solutions that align with client business goals, considering scalability, performance, and future growth. Develop technical specifications, data models, and integration architectures to support project objectives.
• Implementation and Deployment: Oversee the full implementation lifecycle of Oracle Net Suite solutions, from initial configuration and setup to deployment and post-implementation support. Manage project deliverables, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful outcomes.

• Integration Strategy and Development: Develop and implement integration strategies to connect Oracle Net Suite with other enterprise systems, such as CRM, e-commerce platforms, and third-party applications. Utilize Suite Talk, RESTlet, SOAP APIs, and middleware tools to facilitate seamless data exchange and process automation.
• Data Migration and Management: Lead data migration efforts, ensuring accurate and secure transfer of data into Net Suite. Develop data mapping strategies, validation rules, and data governance frameworks to maintain data integrity and consistency.
• Interface Development and Maintenance: Design and build interfaces between Net Suite and external systems, ensuring data synchronization and real-time updates. Monitor and maintain integrations to ensure ongoing performance and reliability.
