The Sign Manufacturing Production and Design Manager is a professional, self-motivated team player with great interpersonal skills and values delivering excellence. • Sign design and production
• Full-time availability (40 hours/week)
• Consult/interface with customers
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of manufacturing/production area
• Assist in maintaining company signage equipment
• Accurately keep track of electronic and paper records related to jobs
• Learn new technologies, skills, and techniques to become a better sign making professional

• 5+ years of experience as a professional sign maker – design and production
• Background in vinyl creation and application and large format digital printing
• Strong computer and file management skills as well as design creativity
• Expert experience in one or more of the following programs:
  Flexi
  
  SIGN, InDesign, Illustrator, and/or Photoshop
• Experience with ONYX or similar RIP software
• Solid track record of accurately estimating and meeting deadlines
• Detail-orientation and multi-tasking skills are critical
• Strong people skills, able to work both independently and in a fast-paced team environment
• Work directly with customers and subcontractors
• Experience with sign industry Core Bridge software would be a plus
• Knowledge in color management a plus
• Certified installation professional (3M, Avery, etc.) a plus

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
