Nurse Manager, Maternal Child Health

We are seeking a Bachelor's prepared, Registered Nurse professional with dynamic service excellence and change management skills to manage our growing Obstetric & Pediatric Departments in collaboration with the Director of Women's & Children's Services & Medical Surgical Nursing.

The ideal candidate will be able to lead the department having a solid background in management and leadership. Certification in obstetrics, pediatrics, or neonatal nursing is preferred.

Computer proficiency is a must. You will be joining a dynamic peer group and be well supported by senior leadership, executive management, and physicians. The Director of this service is energetic, dynamic, and a mentor. This is an exciting time to join the Maternal Child Health Leadership team as both services are experiencing growth.

Requirements Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required or Bachelor of Science (BS) in health-related field

Current registered nurse licensure in Maryland or compact state.

Must be able to foster a culture of customer service excellence Strategic Thinker.

Leadership and mentorship skills

Basic knowledge of monitoring and improving patient outcomes using a quality/performance improvement model.
