We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic RN who wants to take your skills to the next level. You will work in an interdisciplinary team approach, closely collaborating with pharmacy, respiratory, intensivist, PA’s, and other consultants to provide patient‑centered care. The intensivist is housed directly on the ICU unit, facilitating communication so nursing can provide quality care. This is a great place to start or grow critical‑care knowledge, especially if you are looking to advance your skills caring for more acutely ill patients.

Shift: Night (7 pm to 7 am). Working 24 hours per week on a part‑time basis, including holidays and weekends as per department guidelines.

• BSN required
• ADNs may be considered if they commit to obtaining a BSN within three years of hire and have relevant experience
• At least one year of acute‑care experience required
• BLS required
• ACLS preferred; must obtain within three months of hire

Hourly pay range: $41.28 – $66.05. This represents Christiana Care’s good‑faith estimate; actual salary will depend on individual factors.
