-72 hours bi-weekly
- Day/Evening/Midnight rotation- 7am-7:30pm and 7p-7:30am Shift/Flexible Schedule Weekend and Holiday requirements per the guideline of the department.

Union Hospital in Elkton, Maryland, a part of Christiana Care Health System is seeking an RN to work in the Float Pool team. In this position, you will work in various units and learn valuable skills.

• BSN required.
• ADNs candidate are required to commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire can be considered with relevant experience.
• Qualified applicants will have at least one year experience. Acute care required
• BLS required
• ACLS preferred. Must get within 3 months of hire.

Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 - $66.05 This pay rate/range represents Christiana Care's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
