Registered Nurse Clinical Manager

Overview

Nurse Manager position at United Surgical Partners International, Inc. This role supports Upper Bay Surgery Center and is focused on overseeing clinical operations, managing nursing staff, and ensuring high-quality patient care.

• Oversee clinical operations and nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to coordinate patient care across pre-op, intra-op, and post-op phases.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment.

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing; BSN preferred.
• Two (2) years of leadership experience in surgery management, including pre-op, intra-op, and post-op care with total joint and spine experience.
• Current Maryland RN License.
• BLS & ACLS Certification required.
• Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with staff and physicians.

Pay Range - Min: $46 to Max: $53. Wages are determined based upon qualifications and experience.
