Registered Nurse (RN) Float Pool Team – Cecil Campus

Christiana Care is seeking an RN to join our float pool team at Union Hospital in Elkton, MD. This role allows you to work across multiple units and build valuable skills while contributing to patient care.

$41.28 /hr – $66.05 /hr

• Full‑time, 72 hours bi‑weekly
• Rotations:
  Day (7 am–7:30 pm), Evening (7 pm–7:30 am) with flexible scheduling
• Weekend and holiday coverage per department guidelines
• Location:
  
  Union Hospital, Elkton, MD

• Provide one‑to‑one RN care in various units
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to advocate for patients
• Utilize critical thinking to assess patient needs and develop plans of care
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical protocols

• BSN required
• ADN candidates must obtain BSN within 3 years of hire
• Minimum 1 year acute‑care experience
• BLS required; ACLS preferred (must be obtained within 3 months of hire)
