General Manager position summary:
You will lead your restaurant, mentor and develop team members, instill the Wendy’s culture, and motivate staff to exceed customer expectations. You will have total operational and financial responsibility for your store.

• Lead the restaurant and serve as the primary owner of store performance
• Mentor and develop team members to drive success
• Instill Wendy’s culture and motivate the team to exceed customer expectations
• Oversee daily operations and maintain brand standards
• Manage operational and financial performance of the restaurant

• Three years of experience as a restaurant general manager in a quick-service environment with heavy drive-thru operations (examples: Wendy’s, McDonald’s, Burger King, Arby’s, Taco Bell, etc.)
• Strong background in restaurant operations with demonstrated achievement of benchmarks in food, labor, service, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness
• Passion for developing and leading teams with a focus on excellence
