• Experience in a supervisory role in food service or retail, preferably in a quick‑serve restaurant (QSR)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift, carry, stack, push or pull heavy objects; stand and walk constantly for entire shifts; maneuver through compact spaces safely and operate restaurant equipment

• Starting salary ranges vary by location and experience; discussed during the hiring process
• $8.00 to $20.00 per hour in general; additional state‑dependent ranges (e.g., Maryland $16.00–$17.00, New York $15.50–$17.00)
