Stocking Team Associate

Job Overview

Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Stocking associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.

• Unload trucks and stock new freight.
• Lift heavy objects that exceed 50 pounds.
• Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, when required.

$15.00/hr – $28.00/hr

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

• Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives.
• Premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
• Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
