The Role: Hiring immediately for a full-time sales position, providing training on products and sales techniques to prepare for career growth.

The Responsibilities:

• Deliver interactive sales presentations on eco-friendly products and services.
• Participate in weekly sales training and coaching.
• Engage in team building and mentorship.

The Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills.
• Confidence in public speaking.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and career-oriented.
• Open-minded with a passion for learning.
• Outgoing personality comfortable with human interaction.
• BA/BS preferred.

The Compensation:

• $3,900 sign-on bonus.
• Hourly rate plus uncapped commissions and bonuses.
• Average earnings: $72,000 - $130,000/year.
