Technical Sales Representative; Entry-Level

Aquafin, Inc. is looking for an entry‑level Technical Sales Representative to support and grow sales in the New York City metro area. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in construction who wants to build a career in the industry—not just work in it. We manufacture and supply specialty materials used in commercial construction - primarily for waterproofing and repairing concrete structures.

Our products are used on everything from high‑rises and hospitals to tunnels, bridges, and parking structures. You’ll be joining a team that works directly with contractors, engineers, architects, and distributors to solve real problems on active construction sites.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with contractors, engineers, and architects to discuss project needs
• Visit construction sites to evaluate conditions and recommend solutions
• Provide product training and support to contractors and distributors
• Give technical presentations to design and consulting firms
• Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships

What We’re Looking For

This is an entry‑level position, so we’re not expecting years of experience. What we are looking for is someone who is:

• Interested in how buildings and infrastructure are built and maintained
• Comfortable speaking with people in the field and office environments
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage their time independently
• A strong communicator—written and verbal
• Curious and willing to learn technical material (we’ll train you)
• Based in or willing to travel throughout the NYC metro area with occasional overnight travel to our headquarters in Elkton, MD for product training.

A background in construction, engineering, architecture, or related fields is a plus, but not required. A degree is preferred but not necessary—we’re more interested in practical thinking and the ability to follow through.
