Position
Purpose:
We value the safety of our associates! The Maintenance Mechanic keeps our associates safe by maintaining all equipment inside the warehouses/buildings and ensuring it meets industry standards and operates efficiently according to its specific tasks.
The Mechanic is responsible for repairs, adjustments, and ongoing maintenance of warehouse facilities, performs general electrical and other repairs on various equipment on company premises, conducts periodic inspections to determine maintenance work required, and maintains all equipment necessary to perform work.

- Obtains work schedule and daily production paperwork and prepares for operations. Performs daily safety checks.
- Performs maintenance, repairs, and installations on various equipment within guidelines of processes and standards.
- Maintains, replaces, builds, adjusts, and modifies the facilities, buildings, and grounds according to scheduled and emergency situations.
- Performs general housekeeping duties and keeps the maintenance area orderly and clean. At the end of the shift secures all equipment and completes all necessary reports and paperwork.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
- 6+ months of maintenance and repair experience or related area
- Maintenance and repair experience in a warehouse facility
- Pass post‑offer drug test and criminal background check
Compensation: $22 per hour.
