What You’ll Do:

Monitor residential homes daily to ensure safety and cleanliness

Support residents in developing independent living skills

Monitor medications and document services in the electronic health record (training provided)
Assist with recreational, social, and community outings

Transport residents to medical appointments and community activities using agency vehicles

Maintain accurate daily documentation and shift notes

Promote a safe, respectful, and recovery-focused environment

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma required

One (1) year of experience in mental health, human services, or social services preferred

Residential experience is a plus Valid driver’s license with a good driving record required

Strong interpersonal skills and emotional maturity

Reliable, dependable, and punctual

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively under pressure

Basic computer literacy required
