Estimator | Elland | £45,000 - £60,000

Are you an experienced Estimator looking to join a reputable and growing Main Contractor in the heart of Leeds? We are actively recruiting for a skilled professional to join our commercial team and play a key role in pricing and winning high-quality construction projects across the region.

As an Estimator, you ll be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for a variety of projects across sectors such as commercial, residential, and industrial. You ll work closely with the pre-construction and delivery teams to ensure all bids are competitive, compliant, and commercially viable.

• Proven experience working with a UK main contractor
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office
