This role is open to female applicants only under the Equality Act 2010 due to specific client care needs.

We are a leading complex care provider (not an agency), delivering specialist 1-2-1 care to people in their own homes.

Providing dedicated care to clients with complex clinical needs, including:

• Tracheostomy and ventilation support
• PEG feeding
• Medication management and clinical observations
• Personal care and moving & handling
• Working closely with families and healthcare professionals

You'll work consistent shifts with the same client(s), either solo or as part of a double-up team.

12 hours days and nights Monday–Sunday (weekend availability required).

• Minimum 6 months' paid UK care experience
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Reliable, compassionate, and willing to complete specialist training
