Salary: £16.95 per hour
Hours: 42 hours per week, Continental Shift Pattern
Overtime:
Paid at 1.5x

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Production Shift Supervisor to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business based in Elland.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor or Team Leader who enjoys being hands-on and leading from the front. You will support the Shift Manager with the day-to-day running of production, ensuring people, processes and products continue to flow efficiently throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Shift Manager with the day-to-day performance of the production team
- Lead and coordinate employees across the shift, ensuring production targets and standards are achieved
