Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Paediatric Diabetes Specialist Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team. This community-based role involves home visits across Calderdale and Huddersfield, school support, and access to advanced technologies such as closed loop insulin pumps and CGMs.
You will manage your own caseload, make daily clinical decisions, attend weekly clinics and MDT meetings, start pumps, educate families, and contribute to audits.
