Bank Registered Nurse Pre Assessment Competitive Hourly Rate Flexible Working Elland

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Staffing Bank. This role will support our Pre Assessment Team at Spire Elland if you are looking for a work/life balance with flexibility then we want to hear from you.

Spire Elland Hospital has been providing high levels of medical treatment and personal care since 1985. Our hospital has a full multi-disciplinary medical team on-site who practice some of the most advanced treatments on the latest generation imaging and diagnostic technology. This means we can offer everything from screening and rehabilitation through to leading-edge surgical procedures and excellence in specialist fields like orthopaedics general surgery gynaecology and cosmetic procedures.

Duties and responsibilities;

• Conduct assessments both face to face and over the phone
• Liaise with a variety of services such as Anaesthetics and consultants
• You will have a strong understanding of and the ability to follow policies and criteria for surgical suitability

Who were looking for

• Be NMC registered - your pin should not have any restrictions or conditions
• Must have previous experience working in a hospital setting ideally POA
• Compassionate and able to showcase excellent patient care
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong communication skills
• Computer literate with good IT skills
• Phlebotomy skills (desirable as training can be given)
